For iOS & macOS
We build apps
for businesses.
Zapp Head develops apps for businesses. We also make a few apps of our own, and you can find them below.
What we do
Apps for your business
We design and build apps for iPhone and Mac, from the first idea to a finished product people can download.
Careful, simple, fast
Calm interfaces that follow each platform, built to be easy to use and easy to maintain.
We ship our own, too
The apps below are ours. They are the best proof of how we work.
How we work
Tell us your idea
Send us what you have: a sentence, a sketch, a whole deck. We read everything and answer honestly.
We shape it
We turn the idea into screens and a clear plan, so you can see the app before it is built.
We build it
Native apps for iPhone and Mac, with test builds you can try on your own device along the way.
We launch it
We take it through the App Store and stay around afterwards to keep it working and improving.

Who is behind it
Zapp Head is run by Joel Bergström, a developer and designer in Sweden. Joel builds native iPhone and Mac apps with SwiftUI, and takes care of the brand and the website around them, so you work with one person from idea to App Store.
The four apps above are his own, and they are the best way to see how the work turns out.
Good to know
How much does an app cost?
It depends on what the app needs to do. Tell us your idea and we answer with an honest estimate, and we say so early if something is out of scope or budget.
How long does it take?
That also depends on the scope. You get a clear timeline before anything starts, and updates while we build.
Do I need to have everything ready?
No. A rough idea is enough to start. Sketches, screenshots of apps you like and references help a lot, and you can upload them in the form below.
Who owns the app?
Ownership, and what happens to the code, is agreed in writing before the work starts.
What happens after launch?
We can stay on to fix, update and improve the app. We agree on that together, so there are no surprises.
Tell us about your app
Share the idea, the vision and anything that shows what you have in mind. We reply personally.
